Dale was raised through "unschooling" and dropped out of college after just one semester from his frustrations with the traditional college system to found Uncollege.org. They discuss his program "Gap Year" which helps kids to study the school of life for a year, with life coaches that teach emotional intelligence, communication, and other important subjects not taught in traditional college, but that everyone needs to succeed. This is a shorter, but very interesting episode with an intelligent, compassionate entrepreneur!
